Following a suggestion, this solution lets vampires level up to apprentice without having to spend any skill points, much like a normal person.

While I would rather it work from a coffin, this works good enough too. If your eyes are closed while crafting, it'll pool up up to a point, but it won't allow you to gain easy intermediate levels, it'd be the same as crafting at apprentice. If you open your eyes, you can regain XP as normal and work your way up to journeyman or expert.

Developer's checklist

• I have modularized whatever changes I could.
• I have marked the start and end of my edits outside the caustic modular folder (if applicable) for changes that I couldn't modularize.

• It compiled locally, and I tested new features, or potential issues with related features, to the best of my abilities.
• This change applies mainly to our server, and wouldn't be in a better place upstream / cannot wait until the weekly upstream update.

Testing Evidence

Tested it, it works and non-vampires are unaffected.

Why It's Good For The Game

Puts vampire skill progression on par with others, so they don't fall behind skill-wise.
